Welcome to Standardbred Stable to Stirrup Charitable Trust ("we," "us," or "our"). 2. Eligibility

3. Charitable Purpose
Standardbred Stable to Stirrup Charitable Trust is a registered charity in New Zealand, and all proceeds from product sales support our charitable activities. By purchasing products from us, you are helping to fund the retraining and rehoming of retired standardbred horses.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud.
4.2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). As a charity not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), we do not charge GST on any products. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card transactions, and paypal. You agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout.
4.3. Billing Errors
If there is an error in billing or pricing, we will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the issue. If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Policy
We ship to urban and rural addresses in New Zealand. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout. For pre-ordered products, you will be notified of expected shipping dates at the time of your pre-order, and when your pre-order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. All shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5.2. Delivery and Risk
Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any other third party.
5.3. International Shipping
For shipping to countries outside New Zealand please contact us directly for a shipping estimate. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other related charges.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Consumer Guarantees Act
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have certain rights regarding the quality and suitability of goods. Our returns policy is in accordance with your rights under this Act.

You may return items that are damaged or faulty within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.
