Welfare Cases
We are regularly asked to help support welfare cases throughout the South Island. We work with MPI and Harness Racing New Zealand to support the rehabilitation and rehoming of the horses wherever possible.
Success Stories
Chuckles -2020
Chuckle was given to a person to rehome that took on too many horses. He was bottom of the pack, bullied by other horses. When chuckles arrived to us he was really weak, loss of appetite and unable to roll. Through a series of rehabilitation Chuckles blossomed into a beautiful horse with a kind nature. He is living his best life with his human on a farm hacking.
